Hi, I’m Jake Mischke
I’m a physical therapist, educator, consultant, and MBA-trained strategist based in Missoula, Montana.
My career has moved between the clinic, classroom, finance committee, and boardroom. Important decisions require sound judgment, but they also require better systems, clearer financial thinking, and leaders who can connect people, strategy, and action.
I help healthcare professionals, clinical teams, and professional organizations make better decisions about business, compensation, and the future of practice.

I care about physical therapy because it has been so good to me and my family. I also believe our profession has an opportunity to prepare clinicians more fully for the business, leadership, and financial realities they will face throughout their careers.
